A Value-based life

Why to define it?

To make decisions that are right for you.

A Value-based life

CAN WE LIVE OUR LIFE
BASED ON OUR VALUES?

YEEEES WE CAN!

When to use it?

Always, but mostly, unconsciously. To preserve the positive adjustments we make in our lives, it is important to tune in and readjust our values regularly.

Why to define it?

Knowing your core values reduces the gap between the decisions we make and what truly matters at our core.

Conversely, if we don’t know which values are important to us, the gap grows between our choices and what really matters, leaving us feeling meaningless, frustrated, and dissatisfied in our lives and relationships.

At MyCoreJourney, we meet ourselves on a deeper level and find the words that describe what truly matters. When we make the effort, it naturally focuses us on living in alignment with our values. Every change requires clarity about where we want to go – and our values serve as a guide. This platform is designed to kickstart your awareness of your core values.

When you don’t know what matters most, you make choices that can feel empty, frustrating, or meaningless.

With clarity about your values, every decision becomes a step toward a life lived on your own terms, with authenticity, self-respect, and inner peace.

That’s why “values” is the first step in MyCoreJourney. Over time, with reflection and refinement, your inputs will become detailed, precise, and deeply resonant within you.

When to use it?

When working with our core values, we become more aware of them, and our actions and decisions will increasingly be anchored in these values in any life situation.

This awareness will make it easier for us to decode previous behavior and gradually translate our values into practice. It will also enable us to spot signs where there is a high risk of entering a relationship and situations that have a seriously negative impact on our daily lives.

When we can express your boundaries in time or end a relationship in a loving way before it’s too late, before we get hurt, or before we end up ‘proving our worth’ all the time just to avoid being abandoned, then we have shifted to a life based on values. When we feel that we are ‘consciously’ navigating through each day, THAT is when our core values have become our inner compass.
