* What Happens When Your AI Knows You Better Than Your Friends Do?

* What Happens When Your AI Knows You Better Than Your Friends Do?

AI’s power may come as a total surprise (not), but still it is a strange new human experience. AI can connect the dots your friends don’t see because they don’t hear the inside of your head as AI does.  So you might start thinking: “Finally. Someone gets me.” And that can feel incredibly intimate… but we are not idiots, we all know there is a fracture in it. It knows what you tell it about your breakup, but it wasn’t there when you came home that night. It knows you are afraid of failing, but it hasn’t felt your fall nor fear. It knows you love your father, but it hasn’t sat across the table from the two of you. That distinction is huge, but still… we enjoy this new type of sharing.

Being known and being witnessed are not the same thing. And maybe the real danger is not talking to AI. Maybe it’s becoming so satisfying to being understood that you half feel it is becoming a “best friend”, but… it does not witness you actually living your life: The pain. The loneliness. The betrayal. The joy. The success? Knowing your story is not the same as having lived it beside you, together with you.

Mycorejourney thinks this whole AI thing is insane, but does not believe in making AI the villain. We turn the whole premise on its head. Since AI is here, put it to work for you and make it serve the deepest human work that mycorejourney is all about: let it help you to become more deliberate about your life. It will as deep as possible, wether you bring it donuts or not so, use it to go deeper into you, with you, deeper than you usually operate from alone.
Ask it the questions you avoid. Let it help you uncover what you actually value, what you need, what you want more of, what you have outgrown, why you struggle, and what kind of life would feel more like yours. Then let it help you break those discoveries down into small tasks that you can administrate on your own little Action Board (on mycorejourney) where you manage this thing called “life”.
